Itinerary

Day 1. Islamabad - Naran/Besham

Meet at hotel. After the briefing, we will commence our journey towards Besham. The choice of route will depend on the month. From January to May, we will take the route via GT Road, Abbottabad, Mansehra and Besham.

Day 2. Naran/Besham - Chilas/Gilgit

Breakfast at Hotel. We start riding on Karakoram highway if departing from Besham and riding through Kohistan region which used to be one of the difficult part during construction of Karakoram Highway, There will be several stops. if from Naran then we ride towards Babusar Pass 4100 meters and after crossing Babusar pass we ride down towards Chilas and Karakoram highway. Continue drive to Gilgit, arrive and transfer to hotel. we will see the condition of riders, if they want to continue ride for Gilgit then will leave. but if the riders tired too much then we will stay in chilas, Overnight stay.  

Day 3. Chilas/Gilgit - Gulmit/Shishkat

Breakfast at Hotel Ride toward Passu with several stops and photographs, enroute we will stop at Rakaposhi view point, Aliabad for tea break, Attabad Lake. Arrive and transfer to hotel.

Day 4. Gulmit/Shishkat - Khunjerab - Gulmit/Shishkat

Breakfast at hotel Ride to The roof of the world, Khunjerab Pass 4700 meters, after Deh check post we will riding in Khunjerab National Park, if we are lucky enough, we may witness wildlife.

Day 5. Gulmit/Shishkat - Shimshal

Breakfast at hotel. Test your skills and nerves, challenging road from Passu to Shimshal on our motorbike winding through rugged terrain and offering jaw dropping vistas of the Karakoram peaks along the way. Arrive and transfer to local guesthouse

Day 6. Shimshal - Passu/Shishkat

Breakfast at Hotel, Today, we will ride back on the same challenging road, but thanks to the improvements, it will be easier and more comfortable. After passing the Passu Cathedral Peak, we will join the Karakoram Highway. If time permits, we will visit Borith Lake, Passu Glacier view point, Hussaini suspension bridge, before continuing our ride to Hunza Arrive and transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 7. Passu/Shishkat - Chipurson

  • Have an early breakfast at Passu and check your bike condition (fuel, brakes, tires).
  • Ride along the Karakoram Highway (KKH) toward Sost (~35 km).
  • Enjoy breathtaking views of Passu Cones, the Hunza River, and surrounding glaciers.

08:30 AM – Arrive at Sost (Short Stop)

  • Refuel and grab some snacks at Sost, the last major town before Chipurson.
  • Check road conditions and ensure permits if needed.

09:00 AM – Sost to Yarzerech via Ziarat Baba Ghundi (~15 km)

  • Take the off-road route from Sost towards Chipurson Valley.
  • The road is rough, crossing small bridges and scenic villages.
  • Pass through villages like Yashkuk, Kirmin, and Reshit.

10:30 AM – Arrive at Ziarat Baba Ghundi

  • Visit the famous shrine of Baba Ghundi, a revered Sufi saint.
  • Enjoy tea and rest before exploring further.

11:30 AM – Explore Chipurson Villages

  • Visit the remote Wakhi villages (Zuwudkhon, Rashit, Shatmerg).
  • Interact with locals and enjoy breathtaking mountain views.
  • Optional: Trekking around the area or visiting hot springs.

Day 8. Chipurson - Passu/Shishkat

    • Rest and reflect on the adventure.

      08:00 AM – Breakfast in Chipurson

      • Enjoy a local-style breakfast with fresh bread, butter, and chai.

      09:30 AM – Start return ride to Passu

      • Ride back the same route, stopping at scenic spots along the way.

Day 9. Passu/Shishkat - Gilgit

  • Breakfast at Hotel. Half day visit of Hunza, in afternoon ride to Gilgit, lunch will be served in a local restaurant.

Day 10. Gilgit - Naran/Besham

Breakfast at Hotel, Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will ride back to Besham/Naran on the Karakoram Highway, and a hot lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 11. Naran/Besham - Islamabad

Breakfast at Hotel, Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will ride back to Besham/Naran on the Karakoram Highway, and a hot lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
